In a time when equity, inclusion, and human dignity are under fire, Endeavor & Equity rises as a powerful tribute to those who refuse to stay silent. This inspiring evening will recognize trailblazers who embody leadership with purpose — those who stand tall in the face of adversity, defend the marginalized, and pave the way for true progress in every field of human endeavor.

Hosted by the Kappa Charitable Trust Fund, Inc. (KCTF) and the Raleigh (NC) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., this is more than a celebration, it's a call to action. This powerful gathering will bring together changemakers, advocates, and allies who understand that real achievement isn’t defined by titles, but by the impact made in the lives of others.

Together, we will honor those on the front lines of racial equity, immigrant justice, youth empowerment, and community leadership through five signature awards:

• Justice Unshaken Award for those who stand firm in advancing DEI

• Youth Torchbearer Award for empowering and uplifting the next generation

• The People’s Shield Award for grassroots leaders uniting communities

• Legacy of Courage Award for a lifetime of fearless, purpose-driven service
